In this installment of aK Conversations, we chatted with Brey Quick (@BreyQuick) from High Point, North Carolina. Growing up Brey, an all-around athlete, played basketball, football, and baseball. He would go on to receive a four year basketball scholarship to High Point University and major in Studio Art. Even though he began MC’ing a little over a year ago, Brey has already dropped 3 mixtapes.
His most recent mixtape is entitled SkyedUP. Brey writes his own lyrics and produces much of his own music. Ohh and let’s not forget to mention that he’s currently sponsored by the emerging clothing line, vitaminTHICK.
