Yesterday, G-Dep was convicted for his role in the death of John Henkel in 1993. The former Bad Boy Records rapper was found guilty of second degree murder by the Supreme Criminal Court in Lower Manhattan, New York. While it’s still unclear as to how many years he’ll face, G-Dep’s attorney Anthony Ricco states he’ll possibly serve a minimum of 15-years to life in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for Tuesday, May 8. Back in December of 2010 G-Dep walked into NYC’s 25th Precinct and confessed to a murder he committed 17-years ago.
