I'm not sure what would possess someone to do this…especially upon their departure from a mental facility. But people were going in on my Twitter timeline and I felt it necessary to share. Does it really say Brrr inside the cone? Are those Lightning rods?

What’s the first thing you do when released from a mental facility? Why, of course, have an ice-cream cone tattooed onto your face. At least that was the thought-process of rapper Gucci Mane – who, upon completing a stint at mental rehab, hit up the tattoo parlour to get inked in the face.
